Return Policy
The Easy Return Process
- Return request must be raised within 14 days, after receipt
- Email at hello@greyweave.com
- We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 14 days of the receipt.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at hello@greyweave.com. We will replace it without any cost after examine the returned items
- India: “14 Days Hassle Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug).

What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.
How do I check the estimated delivery date for any product?
Enter your delivery pin code on the product detail page to know the estimated delivery days for it.
How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-
1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation.
3. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by emailing us at - hello@greyweave.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.
Is there any hidden cost?
India : Listed prices are final and all tax and shipping included.
