Welcome to Greyweave. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Greyweave website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.

Greyweave reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

All Greyweave rugs are handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, size, or finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Product images are for representational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges within India.

Greyweave reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders placed through our website.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 48–72 business hours after order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines vary by product and location and may range from next-day delivery up to 10 business days from the date of order.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Greyweave is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details and invoice once the order is dispatched

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that contact and delivery details provided are accurate.

6. No Returns Policy

Greyweave follows a No Returns, Only Exchange policy.

Orders once delivered are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

7. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Exchanges are permitted only in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to the conditions below:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers must email hello@greyweave.com with clear photographs or a short video highlighting the defect

  • Our quality team will review the request within 2–3 working days

  • Upon approval, an exchange will be arranged at no additional cost

8. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The rug must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact

  • Damage due to usage, washing, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible

  • Natural variations inherent to handcrafted rugs are not considered defects

  • Custom-made rugs are strictly non-exchangeable

Greyweave reserves the final right to determine whether a product qualifies for an exchange.

9. Applicable Region

Shipping, exchange, and service policies apply only to orders delivered within India.

10. Privacy Policy

Greyweave respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and shipping details solely to:

  • Process orders

  • Improve customer experience

  • Communicate order-related updates and promotions (with consent)

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal or financial information to third parties.

Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our communications.
