Exchange Policy & Quality Assurance
At Greyweave, each rug is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
We offer an exchange in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions:

Any concern must be reported within 7 day of delivery.

Please email hello@greyweave.com with clear photographs or a short video highlighting the issue.

Our quality team will review the request within 2–3 working days.

Once approved, an exchange will be arranged at no additional cost.
Exchange Conditions

Rugs must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

Original packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact.

Natural variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish are inherent to handcrafted rugs and are not considered defects.

Damage resulting from use, washing, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange.

Custom-made rugs are not eligible for exchange.
