Exchange Policy & Quality Assurance

At Greyweave, each rug is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 


 

Exchange for Manufacturing Defects

We offer an exchange in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions:

  • Any concern must be reported within 7 day of delivery.

  • Please email hello@greyweave.com with clear photographs or a short video highlighting the issue.

  • Our quality team will review the request within 2–3 working days.

  • Once approved, an exchange will be arranged at no additional cost.

 


 

Exchange Conditions

  • Rugs must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact.

  • Natural variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish are inherent to handcrafted rugs and are not considered defects.

  • Damage resulting from use, washing, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange.

  • Custom-made rugs are not eligible for exchange.
